small room dirty throw
the room i stayed in was smaller than expected i had difficulty moving around with luggage the bathroom design was strange the toilet was in a separate tiny room without a sink washing hands required walking to the other side of the bedroom this felt inconvenient a dirty throw was on the bed it looked unhygienic

helpful staff early check-in
The hotel decor is nice. i found the room size quite good. they supplied super big towels. the staff was also super friendly and helpful. We had early check-in and could safely leave our luggage on checkout day.
soundproofing needs improvement. the noise from other rooms, elevator, and music from the bar below was sometimes disturbing. it made sleeping difficult at times.

Acceptable, but some issues
loud conversation unfulfilled towel exchange
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had a nespresso machine, a nice touch.
The street outside was quite lively at night. There was loud conversation right outside the hotel on the street on two evenings. The towel exchange did not work. We left the towels in the requested place in the bathroom, but they did not get changed.

Fantastic Stay! Highly Recommend!
delicious breakfast convenient location
The staff greeted us with homemade biscuits, a good touch. The breakfast included delicious options, and the coffee was AMAZING!!! Our room included a Nespresso machine and provided complimentary sparkling water. The location was also great. It was easy to walk to many attractions.
The street outside could be a bit lively at night, resulting in some noise at times. This was noticeable when the windows were open, but closing them helped minimize the disturbance.
